Meet Coach Mary

As a child, Mary dreamed of becoming a humanitarian and her love and passion for people never changed. Born to parents who could not care for her, she was raised by her fathers’ niece in Dallas, TX in the lower income area of Oak Cliff.

Mary graduated high school and eventually went on to receive her two year degree. Later, discovering that she would need to further her education, Mary attended and graduated from the University of TX at Arlington earning a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication and years later went on to earn two Masters’ in Business. She is also a Certified Life Coach with a specialty in Women’s Inner Power and Purpose Coaching from the Case Institute and certified as a Life Purpose and Spiritual Coach through the Life Purpose Institute. Mary created “Words from a Woman’s Heart” a Life Purpose Coaching company designed to help people get perspective on their life’s purpose – while working through barriers that are holding them back.

Through her compassion for others, Mary is here to help you identify areas in your life that you want to change, overcome self-limiting beliefs and take the necessary action steps to reclaim your vision of who you want to be.

Mary developed a desire for writing when she realized she wanted to encourage, uplift, and help instill restoration to the brokenhearted. Today, she is a bestselling Amazon author and is steadily working toward her passion and purpose.

Mary is the proud wife of an army veteran and has an adult son. She enjoys learning Gods word, reading personal development, movies, family and friend time. Mary currently lives outside of the Atlanta area with her family.
